PRODUCTION NOTICE Due to an exciting recent surge of public interest, Take 3 is now in the process of being pitched directly to TV distributors and production companies! Therefore, the previously scheduled experimental pilot in July has been postponed until further notice. Thank you to all of the contestant applicants, crew members, actors and countless others for your enthusiasm and support of Take 3! We’re thrilled by the level of talent and experience that has been brought to the table and would like to hold on to your resumes and contact information for future Smorgasbord Productions (please let us know if you prefer us not to and we will respect your wishes).

THANKS FOR THE GREAT Q! The producers of Take 3 wish to thank the 100+ attendees of our Open House BBQ on May 10th at our L.A. production offices! We had a blast meeting everyone and hope you all did too. A special thanks also to Cristianne Rojet and Vector International for their gracious hospitality. We've already been fielding inquiries about our "next event." And… Our next one will be the biggest of them all - The Take 3 Awards Ceremony this summer! The contestant films will be screened live, winners will be crowned, and we've also got a few others surprises up our sleeves for you! Remember - ALL applicants plus a guest are automatically invited to the awards ceremony. Stay tuned for more details!
WE'VE GOT APPLICATIONS! Boy do we ever! We're quite happy - and sometimes a little freaked out - but mostly happy with the responses we've been receiving on your applications. The originality and "out of the box" thinking being demonstrated by Take 3 applicants is exciting and will make for a great pilot episode! Take 3 applicants are really representing a cross section of the film industry: ages 18-50, men, women, students, indie vets, and even established studio pros. All we can say is - How FUN the first phase of the competition will be, when the 3 producer contestants must choose their DP and director. What a selection!
TWO NEW HOSTS! We're pleased to announce the addition of 2 hosts to the Take 3 pilot! As each team will be assigned their very own host, we now have the 3 diverse, talented, and experienced individuals to guide the contestants, and viewers, through the challenging vortex of - the game. Cienega Blvd. Los Angeles, CA. SCHEDULE CHANGE AND DEADLINE EXTENSION After great consideration we have decided to push
back the date of our contest to July. The shoot itself will
run from the morning of Friday, July 11th to the evening of
Sunday, July 13th. The application process has also been
extended to June 1st 2003. We apologize for any
inconvenience this may cause but we felt that the
competition needed additional preparation to make it as good

to answer all your questions. For now it also lists all
NON-CONTESTANT Crew Positions. CHECK IT OUT! OUR OFFICE ADDRESS We do have a Los Angeles office located at 1610 S. La
Cienega Blvd. It is not practical to send mail to us here so
that is why we use the P.O. box for applications.
FIRST CONFIRMED HOST Christie Pesicka of the famed Film Hor Diaries has
been confirmed to host the pilot episode of Take 3.
Christie has had a stunning career as a director, actress
and host. Most recently she concluded a wild series of
interviews with such greats as Phillip Seymour Hoffman,
Minnie Driver, Forrest Whitaker, Pauly Shore, Katie Holmes,
Matt Dillon, Peter Fonda, Lloyd Kaufman (gasp) and many
